Iomnis is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our warranties and service offerings are designed to ensure smooth installations and continuing customer support.

 

The following Services are available to customers and partners for all Iomnis Products.

Standard 5 Year Hardware Warranty for Enterprise Class Hardware
The Iomnis standard hardware warranty is included with each standard product purchase and provides 5 year Next Business Day on site hardware repair for enterprise class hardware. Harddrives are handled via a return-to-factory with advance replacement parts with free next day transportation for enterprise class hardware. Extended warranties can be customized by request.

Standard 3 Year Hardware Warranty for Desktop Class Hardware
The Iomnis standard hardware warranty is included with each standard product purchase and provides 3 year Next Business Day on site hardware repair for desktop class hardware. Harddrives are handled via a return-to-factory with advance replacement parts with free ground day transportation for desktop class hardware. Extended warranties can be customized by request.

Standard Support Plan
Included with each product purchase is technical phone support, providing smooth product installation and setup. Standard support includes 8 hour x 5 day telephone and email support during business hours along with any required product updates or fixes for 5/3 years. Standard support hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM central standard time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Premium Support Plan
Premium Support is available for customers interested in more direct access to Iomnis support resources. Premium Support extends support hours to 24 hour x 7 day telephone support, and 24 hour x 7 day on site hardware support or overnight cross-shipping of hardware replacement parts depending on the machine and exact terms warranty purchased.

Customer Training and On-Site Services
Iomnis Support Engineers are available to assist with custom configurations, provide on-site support for large-scale installations, and provide reseller and end-customer training and support as needed.
